        Lotus Yoga is a beautiful studio and Regina is the best yoga teacher I have ever practiced yoga asana with. Her focus on anatomy and tiny micro movements make a significant difference in how you access the asana, which makes each class feel like it was exactly what I needed. Restorative, gentle and intermediate yoga classes every week. Truly yoga is for everyBODY!!! Classes are both live in the studio and remote, so its easy to attend. Come practice with us! Namaste!
