We asked your delivery guy to put our new equipment inside the local, he said no problem, he made us sign and then he quit leaving the box on the sidewalk, under the rain/snow and without telling us. No need to call again to your office; I did and they hung up after making me wait longtime.

Estes damaged my shipment and then rebuilt the pallet to make it look undamaged to cover up their bad. They need to put their hand up for this. There is no way in the world I would use them again. Update: I have contacted their TeamSocial email and will update with their response. So the Estes response to date is to tell me they have passed this on to the local manager. Since then, nothing. So much for the 'lets get this sorted out' approach... More updates later

my scooter delivered today by Estes Express. It was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The driver was able to get this next to my garage was super friendly and very professional. Thank You !
