Great experience, they managed to squeeze me in three weeks before Christmas to get a leather jacket fixed, and explained everything very clearly and got it done a week before they estimated! Gave me an accurate price estimate before hand, which h was awesome. Would recommend!

I was excited to find a local seamstress in the area. I dropped off my item 3 months ago. They told me it would be a 3-week wait and then they would mail it to Canada to get clean and restored. 2 months later I called and they had not even started on the project. They told me they would start on it by the end of the month. I called at the beginning of the next month and they had still not started on the project. I was also treated as if I wasn't annoyance and not a customer.This seems to be a running occurrence with local businesses in vermont. People wonder why these big corporations come in and put small businesses out of business. It's because they do the job and treat the customer with respect. I really wanted to like this place I'm bummed this is how it turned out. Can't give a better review.
