In response to Stone & Browns reply to my original review, the lack of response didnt start yesterday. I have called 4 times for 2 weeks. I emailed the owners at their direct email on your site. This is systemic apparently and what seems to be common with Vermont realtors and your agency isn't making a difference. "No response. No one answers phone. Why would someone feel comfortable applying for a rental ? Unreal how businesses are so impersonal."

Moving in the middle of a pandemic is definitely stressful but Stone and Browning made it easier and worry free! They were super helpful and answered any and all of my questions and emails! We love our new place thanks again S&B! I would also like to add that the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful they get everything done in a respectful quick manner and they're happy to answer and help you with anything you may need!! Shout out to the maintenance crew I have taken 2 stars off my review for 2 reason... Plowing of the driveway is horrible and they don't come as often as they should and they emptied out another apartment and left things all over the garage (we have very limited parking for this building) so between the old stove and all the scrap wood left over it's become a hassle to park our cars and after several calls to have this stuff removed (weeks after they finished) still no one has showed up after telling me 3 times they were coming to get this stuff... Very disappointed and the stars continue to drop. Not only have these issues not changed since I wrote this reveiw but if you reach out to them about an issue you most likely will be ignored. Don't count on them to help when there are issues in the building. 3 PM on a work day with over a foot of snow... can't get in or out of our driveway (snow removal included in your rent) as we shovel and snow blow ourselves out after being stuck in our own driveway. They only care about their money not their tenants (2024)

So frustrating to work with them. I dont think Ive been this angry in a very long time working with a company. I would avoid at all cost if you can.

Just moved in about a month ago and worked with Miss Kuban during this process. Bailey went above in beyond to help me get into my apartment, despite the craziness Barre was going through with the flood management. She has constantly gone above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and she answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It has been a pleasure working with her during this process. I've also had very good response time from my new property manager Mr. Gagne. He has so far made sure anything work that needs to be done is done in a timely manner. He also has a quick response rate and has been pleasant and polite to work with. So far, despite all of the challenges Barre has had with the recent flooding- I've felt Stone and Browning has been very professional with all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone I know looking for a place to speak with Bailey directly and I would be glad to work with her again. Very happy in my new place, which is affordable and perfect for my needs. I would use Stone and Browning again when searching for a new place.
