I would not recommend shipping a package from here. I brought in a self-packed box to go to NC. At first they would not quote any shipping method that cost less than $50. When I started to leave, the clerk offered UPS Ground for $20, but said it could take a month. Seemed like something that may not be true, or at least is extremely unlikely. The clerk said that when she tells people that Ground could take a month, they usually go for a more expensive method. Once I paid (for Ground) and left with a tracking number, I checked the progress of the package every day. For the first three days I got "label created" so apparently the box was just sitting around at Staples. Finally it was in transit 3 days after supposedly being shipped. Guess what? It was delivered 2 days after it finally started moving, not a month as the clerk had said. I don't like feeling lied to and scammed, not that I'm sure that is what happened.
