Shawn and Matt were very easy to make a deal with, Honest and Straightforward. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great deal on my new Ram. I drove two hours to Vt. from N.H. and will do it again for my next one. They have a smaller family feel at the dealership but have More inventory on their lot than the bigger dealerships closer to my home. No inflated prices or so called Market Adjustments either! The whole process was a Pleasure.

Terrible service technician, completely rude and not accommodating. They literally took a look at me (Im ethnic) and turned me away An oil change literally takes 10 minutes and I arrived at opening, so to be squeezed in should have been possible. I say this on the premise that I drive a new dodge vehicle, I have a service plan AND there was literally ONE other person there. (She happened to have an appearance similar to the locals) Theres always this sentiment that ethnic people are inherently evil or problematic or filled with complaints. Nah. I just needed an oil change. And to expect service as a paying consumer shouldnt be construed as problematic because despite whatever my appearance is, my money is the correct color. I found an alternative place that was more accommodating. Quick Lube and Wash. This dodge dealership has completely turned me off as a consumer. Ill never return, nor would I purchase from them. Racist behavior should be maligned because of its antiquated reasoning, it has no place in society or in places of business that cater to all Americans. I so disappointed in this establishment. I wish I could give ZERO STARS

This is a long term review of Midstate Dodge Jeep, from purchasing brand new until deciding the vehicle no longer suited us 6 years later. Purchase was ok. I initially thought it went well- the finance manager was especially gracious. However, after the fact a survey email was sent asking pretty detailed questions- ie: was this feature on your Jeep explained to you, and so forth. I answered it honestly- our transaction was during my husbands lunch break, so it was definitely quicker because of our needs, so no features were explained. These survey results were shared with our sales associate who then reached out to me personally on my Facebook, which was horrifying. I had thought the experience went well! And again, we didnt have time to have a feature tour, so it was at no fault of the sales associate, but now were in an uncomfortable communication triangle when we just wanted to buy a Jeep! Service Department experience is hot and cold. I will share tidbits of each end of the spectrum. I had stellar service with the service employee Bob. He is always friendly, concerned for your comfort and safety, and just generally customer oriented. I believe hes been there the entire time weve owned (6 years) and he is a huge asset to that dealership. One time I was hauling a camper Id just purchased and it did something wonky to my Jeep. I pulled right into Midstate that afternoon, and asked if someone could come out and take a look. It ended up being that the connection blew some crucial fuses in my Jeep; I was fixed up and back on the road in no time. I will always be thankful for them stepping up to help me in a pinch. In the first years of ownership, rental was provided during service, and Midstate helped arrange all of that. Once that warranty was up, as long as I asked in advance, theyd be sure to have a loaner lined up for me. As a family of 5 with only one vehicle, this was appreciated. Im not sure this is available now since cars are hard to come by but I know if they can, they will. Now, the ugly. My Jeep was in for service for a wiring harness and came out with the radio not working. Service claims theyre not responsible.. which maybe theyre not but its very coincidental. A few weeks later, I notice a long gray wire was cut and tucked up under the dash; it had finally fallen down over my clutch. Who cuts a wire and sticks it back up and doesnt say a word to the customer?! I did not bring it back for that issue. Maybe I could have given them a chance to make it right, but the initial brush off that it radio broken was definitely not their fault, and the cut wire with no communication on it to me, had me feeling I was better off to take my service business elsewhere. I did end up having to go back for a big repair- the filler neck. I was told theyd have to order the part. When inspection was due, I scheduled the appointment several weeks in advance for the repair- which was necessary to pass inspection. I was told theyd have the part. I show up on appointment day and no one had ordered the part in advance. There were some other miscommunication issues too for what ended up being our final service appt- an appointment that took 3 days longer than initially planned with us needing to come back for a follow up. They did apologize and give us a discount- they did try. I appreciate that. Ultimately, though, this nudged my family to make the decision to trade in and do business with a different dealership. I hope my honest experience helps others with their decision!
