No help finding General liability business insurance. Responsive at first but then just dropped off the radar. Radio silence. No response to asking for updates or even a basic "no we couldn't find anything"

When it comes to commercial insurance, Michael Bancroft is a true professional. He is very responsive, thorough and actually makes a real effort to find the best coverage at the best available price. If you ever have an issue, he is always available and willing to help at any time. If that isnt enough, Michael is a great guy, trustworthy and has the ability to make insurance enjoyable. We were getting the runaround from our previous insurance agent about a needed expansion of coverage. They kept answering our questions like Hal from 2001: Im sorry, we cant do that. Not a good look. So I reached out to Mike Bancroft at Cheeseman and every answer or query met with a we can do that or a give me a minute to find out. Mike and Cheeseman are super responsive and helpful, and very thorough and honest in seeking out the best and most affordable options for small businesses. They take the time to understand our needs and to help us get things done quickly and right. There are not many independent, non-conglomerate insurance companies left in Vermont, and Cheeseman is definitely the best.

I was brand new to BNI And it was very clear right away that this was the place to be to network my business. Coming in I knew I needed a place to feel safe to network and start talking to people about my business and what I do. Everyone there made me feel very welcomed!
