Update: after thinking about it, I'm updating my review to a 1 star. Im giving them a 2 star review only because they are convenient and their dentists and dental/X-ray assistants are nice enough. Its the receptionist/office people that bring the place down. Ive been going here the past couple of years and today I finally had enough. My last official appointment with them was in May of 2023 when I got my wisdom teeth removed. The reason for my appointment today was because of tooth pain, which im pretty sure has developed into an infection. When I got there, I was informed that I owed them a balance of $2,000 from my previous appointment 8 months ago. The woman who was helping me was disrespectful and dis not want to help me figure out what went wrong. She either wanted me to pay the $2000 out of pocket today, or she wanted me to leave. When I left I instantly called my insurance company because I know my oral surgery was something that would have been covered. After 20 minutes in the parking lot on the phone with my insurance company, they stated they never received the claim from Aspen. I went back inside and discovered they submitted claim to the wrong insurance company. Meanwhile I never received any correspondence or calls letting me know I had an outstanding balance. The way I was treated today made it so I will never go here again.

I used Aspen for a dental emergency while I was on holiday. Easy to book and very friendly service. Couldn't be more pleased.

Changed to Aspen due to Delta insurance coverage issues. My first visit went well until I was told I needed to replace 3 fillings and needed a deep cleaning $$$.Delta only covers regular cleaning. I had no issues with past Dentist and cleaned every 6 months. I called to discuss costs before going and got info about my chart that didnt correspond with what happened while there. I was told theyd lose their license if didnt do recommendations. I was recommended to have spinal fusion and got disc repairs without any issues for 3+ years. VERIFY cost before having work done or open your wallet to them. Hung up and going Elsewhere where Im treated like a wanted customer.
