        I made an appointment with the office for Thursday morning for concrete cutting. Called repeatedly and got no answer. Finally got a call back and they said nobody was coming. They blamed it on the guy in the truck and said he did the scheduling? I did not make the appt with the guy in the truck! I made it with the office. Worthless disorganized mess!
