The food was ok but if your going to the one on the barre montpeiler road in vermont there very rude an seemed short and honestly snobby couldn't belive it! We never have had problems with people being so rude at any other place but they were very unpleasant

Good overpriced food but terrible service. A quarter of the time the order's wrong or they forget to give you things. And they don't even ask if you want a receipt. Only time I went back for my item the cashier was rude and doubting me though I showed her the payment on my CC app. Over a pastry. Yesterday they refused to add a bagel to my order at the window and said I needed to drive through again though there was no one behind me. Ridiculous. On top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich.

11/02 went to visit. Because I deliver propane and my vehicle cannot fit through the drive thru I was denied service. I asked about alternatives and walking through they said that was too much of a liability. I contacted Panera Customer Care and they said they would address the issue. I visited 11/16 and called to ask about service, they stated the same. Just a heads up to all the essential workers that like Panera, if your vehicle it too large dont expect service from Panera.

Was surprised that only the drive thru was open due to Covid...but the quality was just as good as always.
