        Recently sold them my home and they were great to work with! I thought about listing and I didnt want to go through the hassle and the repairs our realtor asked us to do. We had a great experience working with them! Price was fair & they worked with our time line.

        BUYER BEWARE: LOW-BALL offers!!!! We had a Realtor run numbers on our condo who was also kind enough to let us know what the condo across us with the same floor plan, end unit sold for..... before reaching out to enlighten. That condo had a sale price of $470,000. It sold for $482,000 after their first and only open house with 5 offers on the table. Thanks to that and other numbers ran in our community, our condo appraised for $480,000. Enlighten offered $380,000 + = $100,000 less than. I was shocked. People, be super SUPER careful. Know what your home is worth before reaching out to enlighten. Or just don't reach out to them at all. You're seriuosly much better off going with a Realtor. And that's even after paying closing costs, realtor fees etc. Or, sell your home yourself :) Do not allow yourself to get taken advantage of by enlighten homebuyers!
