What a joke of so called professionalism this company stands by, first and foremost this company sent a garnishment after the wrong person so I reach out trying to resolve the account information that they have on file which is totally incorrect, shows they dont know how to do their job as you billed my father not me(same name). Future reference get your information correct before serving & garnish anyone especially someone thats trying to get on their feet from recovery. Pathetic customer service skills especially with Dawn couldnt grab a last name as she was so quick to hang up and not want to work I guess because it seems like no one knows how to work in this law office I left you my information if you want the money from the correct person you should call me back with a better attitude. Ps. Dawn has my voicemail with the number to contact also the account number. Thanks.

What a joke of a company. Lady calls me with a whole bunch attituded. I ask questions because I am not a lawyer and never heard of this debt she claims I owe... So I ask for validation of proof of contact before it got sent to them and she said "oh they dont have to". I said since when? And she got all upset claiming I am auguring... then hangs up on me...

Back around 2010 this clown bought my debt off a doctor who I refused to pay for services he didn't provide. One day I was served a summons to appear to court. When I showed up, there was no judge, clerk, bailiff, or any other court employee in that court room. Just these clowns, demanding my name and ss#. He refused to identify himself. So I walked out. Two weeks later a Marshall called to inform me that I had a warrant for FTA. I told him I showed up but there was no was judge. The Marshall stated that lawyers will reserve a court room and summon debtors. Shady how the county will "rent out" court rooms like banquet halls. After "talking" to the clown, he never summoned me again.

Worst company to work with for anything. The guy I talked to was nice but the 2 women I dealt with were just rude from the minute they picked up the phone. I know it's a collection agency, but..come on. I'm calling to get this taken care of to avoid a summons, they shouldn't be so rude with someone calling in to make a payment on the account.
