We stayed here during the Pac-12 Gymnastics Championship. The room was okay - they put us on the third floor and we could hear noise from the floor above and beneath us. Diamond Service is always great. They have parking places for Diamond members. We didn't care for the location, but it was all that was available.

Room was still dirty. Had a Bobby pin and a kids toy dinosaur on the floor. Noisy bathroom fan that ran 24/7.
I had did digital check in. I chose a 5th floor room. When I checked in at 3:45pm the room still wasnt available. She gave me a room on the 4th floor. However my digital key was for a room on the 2nd floor. It took 2 days and multiple trip to the front desk to get it fixed. I was told that I was put on the 2nd floor at first and then she noticed I was a diamond member and moved me up to the 4th floor.
Checking out. I checked out 2 days early. The desk person wasnt able to check me out and wasnt able to provide a receipt ( Same person as above). I had to reach out the next day because I was never checked out. I had to reach out to the hotel 4 times to get them to check me out (5 times if you include when I actually checked out at the front desk). 2 times from the app messager. 1 time texting. 1 time phone call.

Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Maverik Center.
I have never slept in a more comfortable hotel bed.
The staff at this location is the BOMB DIGGITY. Literally, everyone was SO nice and helpful and friendly.
Eileen greeted us at 7:30 this morning in the breakfast room with a huge smile and started our day off right.
Thank you all so much for an enjoyable stay.
