        We came in today And Julie was really helpful,just as a Customer wanted to be treated welcoming and Easy going.I would prefer this Cricket location to everyone.

        12 to 16 phones on display and they had 2 in stock. I went to 3. Cricket stores and it was the same in all three. On the clerks advice I purchased a phone and it has turned into a nightmare. The clerk didn't do it or show me how to download info. I went back and had someone else help me. I still lost a lot of information. I've been with cricket for years and have always had help when I got a new phone. I am so disappointed this time. Everytime I use this phone I think about this awful experience.
