I was so impressed with the service from Valley. We had Justin and he was helpful and knowledgeable. He worked hard and the actual fix seems great! He made the experience so great and the price was way less than I was expecting.

Keaton arrived at rhe earlier end of the scheduled timeframe. He was courteous, professional, efficient and used his experience to complete the tankless water heater flush. Keaton explained the options available for scheduled maintenance. More years you schedule, the less you pay in the long run. Thank you for that. Keaton completed the job leaving me most of my morning. I would definitely have Keaton maintain the tankless water heater in the future. He is an awesome technician! Awesome service and awesome people! I cant thank Mitch enough for coming out early morning and spending a few hours fixing what I cant! He was super friendly and informative on what the issues were. He was very thorough with making sure nothing else was the problem. Fixed everything in a timely manner and gave the dogs some love on the way out. I Was able to schedule a call through a third party and received it almost immediately. The ladies on their appointment team were able to send someone out first thing the next morning and it wasnt even an emergency! Super easy to work with and they have a cool membership program to help with future problems that may arise on your property. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues! You never want to have to call a plumber. Thank goodness this company exists for the days you wish you didnt have problems. They came out and fixed a drain pipe that had cracked and flooded out downstairs. I worked with the Super Mario Bros ( Jaxsen and Trayten). Both plumbers were good at guiding us through the process and delivered a great solution . I know people try to say looks dont matter but they do and both technician's were well groomed and that made it easy for me to leave them alone in the home to do the work. Im very happy with the service and value provided. Hopefully I never have to call another plumbing company in my life but if I do I will use Valley without hesitation.

We were impressed by the quick response from Valley and how well they diagnosed our issue with a failed ground water drain and then replaced it. The lead plumber, Jules Matabishi, was amazing and the hardest worker we have ever hired. After digging with a mini-excavator and impressive hand shoveling, he discovered that the old drain was not as expected. He came up with a repair plan and got Matt, the project manager, to visit and confirm the solution. Were only giving 4 stars because of a frustrating difference between what the estimator, Trevor, promised versus what the on-site team could accomplish. Specifically, a large boulder was in the way and we were told it would be removed as part of the job. We even called to reconfirm this detail when it was not specified in the written invoice and were told by Trevor, No problem, Ill tell the team to break it up if needed, and haul it away, no extra charge. The team didnt have the equipment to make that happen (a jackhammer or a bigger excavator). Jules worked very hard with the mini-excavator to move the boulder to a new location, but it still ended up protruding into our driveway. We took up this issue with Trevor, then with Sterling and Corey, who after multiple conversations compromised by lowering the bill since we have to pay another business for the boulders removal. We were also frustrated that the assistant plumber buried cutout pieces of lawn rather than trying to replace them. The assistants also tracked thick mud into the house when using the bathroom. That said, it was a cold, wet, and muddy job, and they repaired our plumbing issue in a timely and professional manner.
