Troy made it personal. My family and I had been renting a home for years. The time had come where we needed to move. With the general cost of rent in a different home being as much as a mortgage, we decided to buy so we wouldn't have to rely on someone else for our living status. He declared it his goal to get us into a home of our own and he stuck to it. Outside of my own research, Troy helped us find a mortgage that will work for us, and maintained optimism throughout the whole process minimizing or discouragement until we finally found a beautiful home that will facilitate me and my family perfectly.
