    Update: They did a great job the first year, but the second year, they completely skipped doing the winterization of my sprinkler system. And when I contacted them about it the tech said that he had done it, but he definitely had not since the backflow preventer was still installed (and there was still water in the system). Eventually, they did come out, but it wasn't without some back and forth. So your mileage may vary.

    BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! We started with Millburn 3 years ago. The 1st year they were good. They mowed the lawn every week at the same time and other than a few broken sprinklers, it was good. Then they started coming at different times when we were not home, and they would leave or gate open to let our dogs out, or they would say the dogs are out and they wouldn't mow (golden retrievers lol) Then they came and did a clean up where they stood around for 2 hours and broke our sprinkler pipe and the wheel on the gate, the lawn mower must have hit it. Mike the owner said that he would take care of the bill. We'll they never did. After dealing with the office and having a different employee every time I called they sent it to collections. Please save your money or call someone who cares. They do not!

Shawn, Our weekly lawn maintenance is set up for specific days of the week depending on where you are located. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific time that our crew will be out as each property takes a different amount of time to complete depending on the size of the property, and the yard condition. We do come out on the same day of the week every week. If there is ever a time that any property is damaged by our crews including sprinklers, we 100% take care of it and ensure it gets fixed. Our crews are professionals and trained to treat our customers’ homes and property with the utmost respect. This includes ensuring that gates are closed and not left open. (We are all human and so of course there will be mistakes made but we do everything possible to avoid any mistakes and to rectify the situation if there is ever a mistake made). All our vehicles are equipped with GPS units so if there is ever a dispute as to how long a crew is at a property, we can verify with the GPS platform that we utilize. If we do find a discrepancy, we will of course immediately correct the invoicing. We employed the same office manager for over 5 years, we did get a new office manager in March of 2023. So yes, as with any company, there will be some turnover, but all our staff is trained on all of our policies and procedures so regardless of who you speak with, you will have the same level of great customer service. As we truly value all our customers, we also value all of our employees. We had several experiences with you where you were using vulgar language with our office staff and refusing to pay your invoices. Therefore, we decided to terminate your service. We have several email chains with you as well where you are providing false information. We verified with our GPS platform the time that our crew was at your property for your clean-up, and we provided you with that information, but you still refused to pay your invoice. In September of 2023, we asked you to provide us with details so that we could ensure that all of your concerns were addressed. We sent you the following email: “It is our understanding that you are disputing invoice XX-XXXX that was due on XX/XX. I am reviewing this dispute with our ownership but need more information, please. •You mentioned that you canceled before service- Can you tell me which method you canceled? If email, can you send to me the email chain? •You Mentioned the time was not billed correctly- I did pull our GPS records and can see it is consistent with the work billed- do you have any proof that they were only there for 40 minutes? •You mentioned that they broke items on your property- Can you elaborate and let us know what was broken and if/how you reported this to us?” Your response to this request was: “This was over a year ago. How am I supposed to remember details?” However, the service that we provided for you was completed in May of 2023, not over a year ago. We explained this to you in response to your email and you told us that you were “not sure about the dates.” You also stated: “I have spoken to lady named Kelly several times.” To which, we informed you that this person had not been employed by our company at the time you requested the service or at the time that the service was completed therefore there was no possibility that you spoke with her regarding your dispute of the unpaid bill. We ultimately believe that you are upset that your unpaid invoice was sent to our collection company as you refused to take care of it with us. We also know that you were very upset that we terminated your service as you were very rude to both our office employees as well as our employees in the field. While we value all of our customers, we also value our employees and cannot continue to service a customer who does not pay for the services we provide, and who is verbally abusive towards our employees.
