Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This place is a disaster. Custard machine broken, scanner for awards broken. Tried to put a lid on my Italian ice cup that was dropped on the floor until the worker realized I was watching him-TWICE!!! Overpriced, underwhelming. Not as good as it used to be.

Went into Rita's on a Monday night. Place was pretty slow been wanting to try the soft serve custard with the Italian because it was recommended to us by a friend. This is out 3rd time trying to get a chance but for the 3rd time in a row the machine was broken so no soft serve. Customer service was horrible and the scanner for the app was broken for the 3rd time as well. Don't think we will be back.
