Susan was excellent to work with. I am extremely happy with the product and the quality and the time it arrived in. Definently recommend incentives plus if you need patches made. Susan communitcated with me to make sure I was happy with the design before sending it in to be made. I will definently be using incentives plus in the future to have patches made

First this place is deceiving and should be shut down for lying about the products and services it says it provide. Second the owner makes it sound like she does the work herself. She doesn't! Third the professional manner in how she treats minorities is very disrespectful. Fourth she owes me for damaging my clothing and she didn't offer to repay me for the items I gave her. Don't use this place if you are looking for professional service. Very disappointed.

Incentives Plus was a great local solution for patch embroidery. The service and care we received was wonderful. They are very thorough, quick to respond and worked hard to make sure everything was just right. Pricing is reasonable and there was great communication and service.
