        Receptionist checked my insurance and they said insurance would pay most of my deep clean, turns out I have to pay almost $200 more. I called them and they said they dont know. Then I called the insurance company and they also said its not their issue, the dental office should check accurately before they provide me with how much I have to pay. so I ended up pay out of my pocket for the remaining amount. i went back for a regular cleaning, this time I carefully ask the receptionist to make sure my insurance will cover, and she said not once but twice (before and after the treatment) that I will not have to pay for anything. And guess what? I still got a bill saying I have to pay more out of pocket. when I called, they basically said it's not their fault.

        went in for tooth pain, Dr looked at xray and referred me to a specialist for a root canal since she doesn't even do them. took another 2 days of pain waiting to get in at the other place, then after the root canal, they said to go back to All Smiles for a crown to be placed on it. Took another 4 days to finally get someone to answer the phone at All Smiles just to tell me my insurance doesn't even cover a crown. Total waste of my time, could have said that in the very beginning instead of making me wait in pain for a week and telling me at the initial appointment that my insurance will cover everything!
