I had two areas at my home lifted, the front stairs and front driveway along with a rear patio deck. The crew arrived as scheduled and began immediately. The crew was professional and polite they answered all my questions and my concerns. I am amazed at the results. I would highly recommend this company for this service. Steve Bouck and Company saved the day. Here is a bad experience that he fixed! I purchased an endless spa that requires a solid foundation due to the weight. I initially used a concrete (foam) lifting company from a friend referral. After this company finished their work at a reasonable price, I noticed gaps still remained under the cement by digging around the edges. It was also not level. I called them back and they said it would be the charge as the first?? Which is professional robbery. I did not want to deal with that company anymore - wasn't worth the effort and there was no way I am paying double for the same work they were supposed to do the first time. We found Steve (Lift Right Concrete) and called on a late Saturday afternoon. He listened to my circumstance of the previous company and the urgency of the job needing to be done before delivery of the swim spa. He saved us and put us at the front of his busy schedule and bid a much lower amount than he would normally due to the rip off I experienced. Steve and his crew came out the following Monday and used real cement and made our swim pad perfect. Top notch quality and customer service.
