        Front desk people/people who answer the phones always very rude and unhelpful, if you ask a question they dont know the answer to the answer is usually I dont know so no you have to jump through hoops to find the answer to your question because they dont want to be bothered and they will even laugh at you. This is especially the case when you call to ask about anything esthetician related.

        I had roughly 14 inches of hair cut off and I asked to keep the hair for personal reasons and the lady would not give me it. She put it in elastics and took it to the back. I understand some policies but when I asked specifically and explained my reasoning. I found it offensive and rude.

        I came here myself with makenna and her instructor with the best recommendations to save as much hair as possible from prior self coloration. Now I have brought my whole family lol! With the best info on products !

        i really recommend coming here! i came yesterday and (Makenna) one of the students did such a great job i really like the way that she did my hair! Make an appointment with her she will make a great job!
