We bought a car through HK. They are amazing to work with. Everything that we felt needed to be looked at or repaired was addressed. Kevin is very friendly and personable and we feel like he is now our friend. He is honest and fair and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I will look there before I look anywhere else if I purchase another vehicle.

Bought a car with 36,000 miles in March and in less than 2000 miles it needs a full transmission rebuild. The transmission is full of broken metal and parts costing me a fortune that I'm not sure how I'm going to afford paying for while leaving me out of a vehicle for work/school. Dont let this happen to you. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP UPDATE HK auto has led me on for 3 weeks after telling me they will help me with an in house mechanic. However I have not heard from HK in a week, they completely ignore my calls and messages. This is incredibley unprofessional and has caused me even more stress in trying to figure out what to do. It's unbelievably deceptive how they can reply to the original review and act like they care at all or have done anything to help whatsoever. They have done absolutely nothing to help and have shown little to no empathy to me on the phone and in person. To imply I had anything to do with destroying the transmission is a joke and to suggest that your customers need an extended warranty before 2000 miles of driving their new car is a trap. If you want to be ignored and lied to when you have problems after buying a car here go ahead. But after they have shown their true colors to me I absolutely regret my decision to buy a car from HK auto.
