        The work was completed in a timely manner and the job looks like brand new professional everything. The communication was well and the workers have team meetings to coordinate jobs for the day. Very organized crew and company

        One of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had and I dont leave bad reviews like this normally. They said it would take two weeks max. I called after two weeks and a day after not hearing any updates. they had no idea how fair along the repair was but said they would be done in a few days. After a few more days of silence I get hit with a 20% increase change order which should have been communicated within a few days of dropping of my car because it was obvious the issue was found during disassembly. Wasnt done until for four more days. Over three weeks for what others quoted at 7-10 days and because of the change order I ended up spending more than the other quotes I received. This place is insanely unorganized and unprofessional. I would definitely avoid it.

      Blake, I am so sorry you didn't have a good experience. As I explained we were short staffed by 50% due to two separate medical emergencies. I simply did the best I could with half of my office staff out. Additionally, I explained that the clips and moldings would have to have been replaced where ever you went. The plastic clips were brittle and could not have been removed without breakage. I'm afraid that you'd have had that expense added no matter what.
