        After hours calls / Emergency line needs serious improvements. It is so hard to get through. Phone wont ring the number that was provided. Left a message and no call back. Why wont your phone ring?

        If you have a farm animal or something, this place is fine. The staff is very friendly & I like them. They just aren't the people for my family member. (Aka my pet)

        April 4, 2024my kids dog was hit by a car and the animal control to him to this clinic. He had broken bones and you could see bones. They did absolutely nothing to help her. Basically the Vet said put it down or go to Salt Lake. They didnt clean it and bandage it or give her pain meds!!! They didnt offer to keep him until she could decide what to do. They absolutely traumatized my daughter. Thank God she took it to Dr Kelly in Colorado and the dog is going to live and is doing great. Treating an animal and a human being without any compassion is the awfully.

      Working with Strata on this problem. Very sorry you had problems. Hope you found help at another clinic.P.S. I talked to the doctor on call. He said he talked to you and had you come to the clinic to help your dog have her pups. Hope you are more satisfied now.
