        They are impossible to get ahold of. To get anything paid for by MBA at UBMC (the only hospital in the area) the CLIENT has to PERSONALLY submit all bills to ELAP services. In the mean time the CLIENT has to fend off collection notice the entire time. Yes, I know all caps means I'm yelling that is how THOROUGHLY UPSET I AM!

        Cochran Insurance is impossible to get a hold of, I have been calling them for well over a month with a voicemail left each time. I never receive a call back in return. My windshield was broke by one of their insured vehicles and I have not been able to drive my vehicle for the past 2 months because the crack is so severe. I'm getting tired of having no response from them.
