Advanced Dental Inc: Shiner Tyler W DDS

I am very frustrated with this place. The hygienist working with me and the assistants are very professional but I discovered, after the work was done, that one of the teeth that had been worked on had already had work done within the last five years so, surprise! my insurance won’t cover it. Also, an estimate for the cost of some major work was given to me before starting, so I could use that information to make my decision as to whether to proceed. After the work was completed, my portion was nearly a hundred dollars over the estimate. Finally, I asked before we even began cleanings whether they were a preferred provider. I was told at the time that they were, and so began to feel confident that they would handle all our dental needs. Now, after the mounting bills for the major work are coming in, I’m finding out from our insurance that they are not, and the dental office is claiming that they never were. I am very frustrated.

Dr. Shiner and his staff are awesome! My 3 and 10 year olds loves going to the dentist! My husband had to have some work done, his teeth look amazing! They are so friendly and always so good to work around our crazy busy lives to get us taken care of. 😊

Dr Shiner and his staff are amazing - Korbin explained all parts of my exam in detail always asking how I was doing at every step. I had so much needed work due to my lack of dental care for many years - the care I received today - was the best I have ever received. - I am a happy patient - I can't say thank you to them enough.
