Sierra Homes built a house for me back in early 2000. Jay and Ryan are great guys to work with. Wish I could get a deal like that again!

Thank You Sierra Home Builders! We had our home built from April to October while living several hours away. Any possible worry or frustration, under these circumstances, was a non issue because of excellent communication and availability of the Sierra team. We appreciated access and attention to detail from Jeff and Aaron in the office, among others. Tanner, our building supervisor, was our consistent go to man and a wizard at handling things that inevitably come up during a home build. We consider him a friend. My advice to any potential buyer is to be patient, treat your builder with respect, and recognize that over 40 sub contractors are involved with building your dream. As it goes in life, you generally get what you give. They are a great builder, dont forget to be a great customer too. We are so happy with our home. Thank You Sierra Homes! Sean and Shauna Johnson

Poor quality materials, poor raftsmanship and they blame you if something goes wrong during construction and not very friendly after they have your money. So many things wrong with this house, so many times they've come out and still won't fix issues. I have done more house repair to fix their building mistakes than any other home. Anywhere from cracked or flaking concrete to separation in the baseboards and paint. They used a non-paintable caulk in between sheets of sheetrock that will forever be visible unless you tear it out. Would not recommend. I would hire a private builder versus these guys.

Sierra Homes just built our new townhouse and it turned out perfect! It has all the perfect little details that make life just a bit better. We had an amazing experience working with them as they got the job done very well!

i can go on and on about my experience building with sierra homes, but in this case i think pictures will speak more than words. If you are ok with the quality in this picture, Sierra Homes is a builder for you. If you are not ok with it, find a custom builder.
