        I was left with 2 very noticeable bruises on my forehead. Have a social event days away and sadly these bruises will still be there. I will not be going back.

        Definitely the go to spot in Tooele! Owner is kind and friendly. Barbie is amazing at what she does. Lash artist are top notch. Hit them up for all your beauty needs! Dont wait!

        I had a European facial from Barbi and it was amazing. Im kicking myself for waiting so long to get my first facial. I will 100% do it again. It was so relaxing and I loved it. She did a great job shaping my eyebrows and tinting them as well!

        I went to get my lashes done. The girl who WAS supposed to do them. Made me feel awful. I came to beauty box cause I heard they care. Well I had lashes on previously and I explained to the girl my situat she says well your lashes are awful. I am going to have to do a full set and I don't have time plus your lashes need help. I understand that my lashes may or may not needed help. She told me she couldn't do anything and I was embarrassed and basically felt like she just didn't want to even do my lashes. Plus I wasted my morning. I was so excited to get my lashes done. I was already feeling completely awful with my lashes needing to be done. So I guess the beauty box, they are unprofessional, rude and I get if they can't help with the eyelashes but she said I would have to come back. So my feeling was she just didn't want to do my lashes and she didn't want to even take the time to help me. I was scheduled for 2 hours. She couldn't of did something? Instead she blew me off and I went home in tears

      Hi Hannah, thank you for the review. I’m so sorry you are unhappy with your experience, if we had known you had an event one week later, we would have opted to move your appointment, as bruises are always a possibility with injections, as you agreed to in your consent form. If you were to start the bruise RX today or the other options that we suggested, the bruises would be cleared up in time for your event this weekend. Please let us know if you change your mind about declining the solutions we offered you. We hope that you can recognize bruises are always a possibility; Since you were happy with the service otherwise, we hope that you’ll consider us for injections again in the future.

      Hi Emily, I’m so so sorry that you left not feeling great, that is never our intention. We definitely do care and your lash health is our top priority, which is why we wouldn’t be able to satisfy your desire of long, super full lashes in the fill time that you had reserved. Your lashes had a lot of damage, like we showed you through photos, which is why it was suggested to do a removal, use a lash serum to get some of those broken lashes healed & do a full set at another time. Natural lashes can only hold a certain amount of weight & what you came in with was too heavy. We did have 2 hours reserved for you, however for the integrity of your lashes we couldn’t match what you had and to prevent more damage a removal and shorter/lighter set would be needed- which to do properly takes more than two hours. Once again, we are so sorry that you left unhappy, we would love the opportunity to do a healthy set of lashes on you in the future. Please feel free to reach out to discuss any concerns or questions, hopefully we will see you again.
