*2024 update w/ pics - I still love every experience I have at Portfolio! I look forward to each appointment (especially with the heavenly head/neck massage included with the washes.) Tasha knocks it out of the park every time and always has a fun, fresh new idea for my hair.* I absolutely loved my experience at Portfolio! I came in for a low maintenance, rooted blonde and that's exactly what Tasha and Marin gave me. Two months later and it's still looking fabulous! I appreciated the comprehensive after care and maintenance plan Tasha suggested. She recommended some great products to get to most life out of this color. She also suggested when I should come back in for a tone and money piece touch up. She then gave me suggestions for when we should redo the partial rooted blonde, full rooted blonde, etc. - I've never had a stylist be more detailed! Not to mention, she is highly skilled in her trade! I'll definitely be back. I'm so grateful that we have a luxury salon in town now! Service: Hair coloring

This is my second time coming to this salon & while my first time was great, my second time was even better! This time around I booked with the owner Tasha. Im use to going to high end hair salons because that is simply my preference and when it comes to cost I dont mind paying a higher fee as long as the service great. And Tasha definitely nailed it! From the greeting, to the hair wash & massage, to the personalize drink, ALL of it felt LUXURY! A little constructive criticism would be moving the hair wash station to somewhere more private. Or even using a simple room divider. Totally not a big deal but would elevate the experience a bit more in my opinion. Regardless, it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Erika at portfolio hair salon is seriously one of the best hairstylist I have ever had! She is up-to-date and knowledgeable, and takes the time to really explain what she is going to do! She always makes suggestions that will not only complement the undertones of your skin but your eye color as well! She is phenomenal at what she does and she is not only beautiful on the outside but the inside as well! I highly recommend Erica at portfolio hair salon! You will not be disappointed!

I am struggling so much with this review because I struggle with confrontation, but I have gone twice and had different stylists each time and have hated each experience. The first time I went, I took my inspiration pictures and was not given the color I wanted, and they cut my bangs sideways to the point I was unable to style my hair at home. The second time I got an a bad haircut and again the color is nowhere near my inspiration picture. Not only is the color wrong, but it is uneven and orange in some sections and I havent even washed it yet, so Id hate to see what it will look like after a wash. Both experiences were very expensive. The second time was over $400. I am just so disappointed because I have spent half a year hating my hair and now Im going to spend the same amount of time or more continuing to hate my hair or having to spend a lot more money to fix it.

Have my hair done with Erika since September shes been so nice and professional, always taking care of the integrity of my hair first, thats her priority, so excited for this journey cant wait for the results
