Whoever is working for drive through does not know how to do job correctly made a mistake on 2,000 dollars and person working there made a mistake and put the money to someone else's account but problem got resolved only because I noticed the error, train yo people better please.

Waited for 45 minutes to speak with a loan officer while the branch manager and 2 others were in her office chatting and laughingthere was a line up of 5 groups who waited with us to speak to someone. Only reason I give 2 stars is because Rebecca was willing to stay later than usual to help us submit a loan application
