        I went in for a consultation and left crying. The person who did my consultation was so rude, she insulted my hair and talked to me like I was stupid. I absolutely will be taking my business else where!

        The hair color I wanted is NOT close to what I got. It was applied so uneven and my hair is blotchy. I had box dye black in my hair and I understand that's hard to lift but I wasn't going for blonde or a light color. I even came in person to schedule so the stylist could see my hair. The color I was going for was a violet purple. What I have is uneven purple and blotchy brown. On top of this, the stylist was rough. I've had my hair dyed before at different salons over the years and never went through that amount of pain. 2 stars because the salon is clean and has a nice atmosphere and the people I did meet were nice. But the application of color and experience knocks it down quite a lot. Service: Hairstyling
