Settlement Canyon Apartments

Place is terrible to reside here, also unsafe during the winter! They do a sloppy job when it comes to clearing the snow. I have to clear the snow so my family doesn't slip. The maintenance worker here too! The person resides there and they can't even do a proper job!!! Anyone wishing to rent here pls... look somewhere else. If you decide to ignore this.. you've been warned.

My wife and I moved here in May of 2020. We both work in Magna, and had applied for some apartments over there with no luck. Larissa at Settlement Canyon was quick to respond to our inquiries and got us approved in no time. We lived in the 2BR 2BA apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment is great in terms of price and space. We decided to move due to commute times to our jobs. As with any major property, it can take time to hear a response. Larissa does an excellent job or responding within 24-48hrs (depending on urgency). Furnishings in apartment are nearly new. The upside to this property is the included garage. Our new property we are moving to in South Jordan does not provide this. We highly recommend this property!

Larissa is the worst! she’s all over the Neighborhood except the apartments She actually lives very close to the apartments, her brother is the Maintenance guy, he visits the apartments once a year so if something happens good luck getting a hold of them. People who live here don’t even Socialize awkward peopleTypical Mormon. I lived here for a year don’t even know my Neighbors. Larisa start doing your job you lazy B.

They do not answer the phone or emails only contact you will ever get is a link to fill out the application with fee and request for 100$ deposit for an apartment you can't even tour beforehand
