The customer service was so great! From scheduling over the phone, to being greeted by the receptionist, to the cleaning, and the exam, everything was done with professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. And the actual procedures were very well done. I highly recommend this company as a place to go!

I would give these guys an A+ for professionalism but my specific dentist had a hard time getting my bite correct. I had to get my bite redone 4 times after I got my initial crown. I continued going there though as I didnt think this was a huge problem until one of my crowns fell off, that was not done through VIP, where the dentist glued the crown back up but screwed up my bite and made a giant hole in between my teeth so now it hurts to eat food on that side. They also didnt let me know that this was going to happen. You would think putting a crown back on that fell off would be as simple as gluing it on there but now I get food stuck easily in this gap and it hurts. Not going back. Just want to share my personal experience so others are aware. I loved their kindness though and their professionalism, but the service itself I wouldnt recommend.
