Update to my husbands 1 star review: by the time the interior thawed, the glaze and strawberries had become brown and mushy. Because it had been frozen, the thawing caused the cake to become soaking wet on the bottom, soggy, and falling apart. We never had a chance to even try it before it became inedible. These pictures were taken 24 hours after purchase when the interior had finally thawed. It was kept in a fridge throughout the entire thawing. What a waste!

I called day of my wifes birthday to see if they had any cheesecakes left from the day, assuming they made them fresh. I was told they had a strawberry one and a blueberry lemon one. I said I wanted the strawberry one and she said to come by in an hour because she had to run to the store to grab some fresh strawberries to finish the top and add the piping. I picked it up at 4:30pm for $50!! And when we cut into it at 11pm it was frozen solid! Strawberries were frozen too!! Definitely not fresh! Super gritty texture with what we could offer our guests. $50 for a frozen gritty cheesecake!!? Never again!

Definitely the best cheesecake ever! Seller was even able to meet me at the mall while my wife and I were shopping for our daughters birthday. Absolutely amazing experience all the way around and the raspberry cheesecake was a hit!

We ordered the Peach Cobbler cheesecake and the Apple-caken cheesecake. They were both amazing, so delicious! The Peach Cobbler turned out to be the favorite. She was sweet enough to take my order kind of last minute and delivered with a smile!
