We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience Cherie, There is actually only one owner, and they are Christian, as are all of our employee's. That being said, I apologize if you did not feel that you recieved value for your service, on you Jaguar, I am not sure if you were made aware that your vehicle takes more oil than most of the vehicles normally take, and it also is a little tricky to diagnose driveability on the Jaguar, when there are no active codes to identify the system having issues if the onboard computer does not recognize any anomalies or issues with the drive system. However the timing system in your Jaguar is impacted by oil flow, and viscosity so that was definitely a good place to start when dealing with intermittent conditions such as the one you are experiencing now, hopefully it was an oil issue impacting the variable valve timing sequence and you will no longer experience this issue, again we are sorry for your dissatisfaction, however we spent time running systems checks on your vehicle, and that unfortunately was time spent on your vehicle, so we definitely will need to charge for that, so that we may compensate our mechanic for his time. Replacing your fuel pump requires removal of your trucks fuel tank, so that is not an easy task and requires quite a bit of time to do. We also do not usually install customer supplied parts, but since you are from out of town we made an exception to install your aftermarket parts, as you were told, did not have the update that your manufacturer requires to ensure that you will not have the exact same problem you came in for. So you can plan on having the same issue again until you use the updated manufacturer part that we suggested.
