Not sure how this ever escaped me. My interactions with LeAnn started in 2016 when I sold my house too quickly and needed replacement housing immediately. She was a local property manager for a particular complex that unfortunately had nothing available. Fast forward to February 2020 (yep, pre-pandamic) and after serious hospitalization my owner/landlord decides to sell his rental property (to the chagrin and surprise of HIS property management). Moi is about to be on the search again (immediately) for rental housing. A good friend commences the search and kismet! LeAnn crosses my path again. Helping my friend (I'm still recuperating) she has a property not just FOR SALE for her, but an easy access rental for me with approval for my small pet. I needed more help physically than normal under these medical circumstances. She arranged for an immediate move (end of month), and an owner approved lease of two years (with extension options to be discussed). Thank goodness the stars lined up...paperwork processed quickly, property was vacant, cleaned and ready for my movers. That should be the end of story. Hang on there's more. LeAnn has a payment and maintenance request system that leaves no headaches for tenant or management. 4 stars for her system and her attentiveness to the needs of her clients. It didn't hurt that she was close enough to check in to see how I was doing medically as well as settling into the complex. 18 months in my homeowners (it's a Trust) decide to eliminate the property manager by buying out the contract. I now paid the Trust directly (a bit of a nuisance...but never mind). Needless to say I think I saw them once. Five months later the Trust is to be dissolved and the property put up for sale ASAP. What's a senior to do? Moving can't be a hobby, and COVID-19 is still roaming around. To the rescue AGAIN comes LeAnn (remember she does not have a vested interest in the Trust property)...but as a neighbor and a concerned person she takes the mantle to help me. Long story short. She finds me a temporary rental, recommends a mover, convinces local contractor to commit next build to me (rental). I am housed and safe, my dog is too, we can watch concrete being poured and lumber for framing delivered on our forever home. LeAnn is more than a face on a business card or a FOR SALE sign. She makes a difference. She breathes life into the relationships she forms with her clients. She hears you and she cares. Contemplating a sale, or a purchase, or just need a property manager? STOP you've found the right person. Let her go to work for you. Thank you LeAnn for saving my bacon a few times, and being in my corner.

LeAnn helped us with the purchase of 3 homes and made the process so easy, she also has managed 2 of our properties for years and is always spot on when needed. Very professional and would highly recommend Walters Reality and Property Management!

LeeAnn has seriously been the best landlord we have ever had!! She goes above and beyond for us as tenants! All of our requests are addressed and handled in a timely manner. I will stay with Walters property management till I purchase a home hands down!

If I could give Leann 100 stars I would. She is absolutely amazing and has gone over and beyond helping us. Always very responsive and understanding. I definitely would recommend her to anyone!
