        One of those places with the air-conditioning in the room at the window. Wakes you up every time it kicks on. Breakfast was good, servers were nice and helpful.

        As a diamond member it was kind of a bummer visit , the young kid at the desk who look like he was about 15 did not recognize me as Diamond, then my room was changed from the one I chose on my app and selected and it was a noisy room I was very disappointed from all the people around me and above me but I would like to mention the maintenance guy, he was extremely professional and very friendly and if I did go back there it would be because of him.. Very very nice man and then the other young man when I checked out really didn't have anything to say after I told him my experience, I don't think these young people are trained to be professional and respect long time customers.. very disappointing
