        Absolutely disgusting conditions, multiple health safety violations, horrible customer service. If you have an hour to waste and don't mind potential micro contamination in your food go for it.

        Terrible service! They are cowards who take care of the customers inside first. Do not wait in the drive through! You will regret it and waste an hour or more of your time. One star is a bit generous for people who spill the ice cream on the counter and scoop it back it! Thats how busy and stupid they are! Avoid at all costs!!!

        Its a shame because the Italian ice was good, but the wait time for the drive through was insane and not worth it!! We waited 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. Not sure how thats even possible for an ice cream/ ice place

        This place has been great up until today. They open at 11:30 but apparently dont have the pretzels ready when they open, you have to wait AN HOUR for them to get them ready. Super annoying.
