Horrible experience with Elite Outdoor Pros (Core Pros) they installed turf for us last year that didnt have enough infill and wasnt flat. Fast forward and we have pooling issues with water because of it being uneven. Weve reached out multiple times since May to schedule warranty work and no one has gotten back to us. I would not recommend them to anyone.
