Aspen Co-Pak

I have never left a bad review before, but this was warranted. We hired Aspen Co-Pak to blend a new product for our brand and also to package the product. They accepted our PO so we sent all the ingredients to them They then continually delayed the project saying they had other customers who were taking priority. At one point they even tried to tell us to go elsewhere for our project. It wasnt until we threatened legal action that they actually agreed to complete the PO they had accepted During the project, they messed up the blend but didnt realize it until after they had sealed the product so they proceeded to cut them open to empty them and reblend the mix. Rather than offering to replace the cut open bags, they said they were able to RESEAL them. Once we received the products though we realized they looked TERRIBLE. The tear notch on the bags were mutilated making the product super difficult to open without scissors. The blend itself was also very poorly done. We found huge chunks of ingredients that failed to mix properly affecting the taste and customer experience. Overall this caused a delay of over 9 months from our planned launch date. It was huge momentum killer not to mention that ingredients carry an expiration date, so when they sit in a warehouse for 9 months longer than you planted, you end up having to get rid of inventory more quickly than expected. This was a big investment for our new business and Aspen failed us at every turn. They were disorganized and unethical.

This company "blended" a powdered product for us. They did three blends and we have ended up with three different products. None of them are usable and it's due to this company. They have ruined our name for our new business with their neglect to properly blend materials. Do not do business with this company.
