I don't understand this place at all. They just don't care. I WANTED to give them my business, but they can't be bothered to even call you back with a bid. Three times, I had them out. Three times, no bid. Decided to go with a friendlier, better, cheaper tree removal service. I guess when you're contracted with the city, you don't need other customers any more. Hey, city! I can give you the name of a tree removal service that will make our taxes go further in tree removal.

It is hard to find a quality tree service that can and will do what is needed. When a 40 year old Queen Maple needs a major hair cut, these are the folks to call! Prompt, polite, cooperative. A little more thorough than we hoped, but big tree will recover. Cleaned everything up very well. Would use them again.
