I'm a licensed attorney myself, and I found the service awesome and very smooth. It was a lot easier than trying to go and find the forms and guess that I filled them all out correctly. It handled a lot of scenarios I hadn't even thought of (like who would our pets go to should we die). I used it to create a Living Trust for my wife and myself as well as some advanced medical directives. TruWill sent me everything electronically along with all the instructions. They also sent me paper versions in an organized binder. I really appreciated the physical copy so I could easily take the documents to get notarized. I believe everyone, no matter your income level, should have a Living Trust to avoid probate should something happen. They made it fast and easy, and actually got me to create one!

I kept putting doing this on the back burner but when I finally did, it only took me like 10 minutes. I thought I would need so much more hard to find information but it wasn't like that at all. I strongly suggest getting on and doing this. They've made it so easy.

Id been putting creating a trust off for a long time, but working with TruWill was simple and easy. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone ready to get their financial affairs in order.
