        They took weeks to respond to my initial inquiry. They take weeks to respond each time you Email them. They ask for payment via Venmo (sketchy as hell). I originally contacted them about a product mid December. Here we are nearing the end of April and I'm out $1600 and they're no longer responding to Emails. Total scam. Reporting to BBB. Edit* Finally received the product around July but still by far the worst customer service I have ever seen.
