It's the most amazing dentist office! The whole team is top-notch . My kids feel so comfortable here. Skye, the hygenist we see, is so thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. I always look forward to chatting with her. Dr. Tanner is always so kind and trustworthy. If he says we need something, I know it's true, and he shows and tells me why. We drive an hour each way to come here because this office is the best. They are trustworthy, caring, and offering a holistic approach, which is why I sought them out in the first place

When I set up my consultation, I told the receptionist I had a bad crown that I wanted to have removed When I arrive to the consultation, the doctor kind of wiggled the crown took two x-rays of one side of my face. Confirmed the crown was broken. Offered to replace the crown. I told him I wanted it removed and he said he doesnt do that. after my half of faced consultation, he was able to determine pretty quickly that I would need to buy a $700 mouthguard and fill 1 filling. The consultation fee was originally $130. And when I told him I was paying in cash they dropped it down to $75. That About $25 more than the average consultation, cleaning and x-ray package from most other dental practices in the area. Maybe holistic means pay more get less. I would advise staying away from this place, unless you wanna work with a dental middleman

Wow!!! I have major dental anxiety and I have been looking for a dental office that used holistic techniques. I have never been this happy with my experience at the dentist!!! I have told everyone about my experience and highly recommend!!! The entire staff is incredible and makes you feel so comfortable! Best experience Ive had so far. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Tanner is extremely skilled at what he does. His team is fantastic as well. My whole family uses him and we love and appreciate his services! Also, as a Chiropractic Physician I was very picky to find a Dentist I could trust for providing the safe removal of silver/mercury fillings, and South Ogden Smiles checked off all the boxes for me and for referring my patients to Dr. Tanner. Not every Dentist is trained to do what Dr. Tanner can do. Detoxing heavy metals out of the body is a must, and Dr. Tanner plays a big role in helping with that. I highly recommend South Ogden Smiles!
