        Im only giving one star because I have to. My mom took her senior dog there today. They took the dog from my mom to do an xray, a few minutes later brought him back to the room and told my mom he was dying and handed him back to her. He passed away in her arms. They still charged my mom an exam fee $75.00 and x-ray fee $200.00 even though the dog passed away While there in the office. We paid $298 for cremation and $75 for a paw print, which is understandable because my mom wanted his ashes back. $665 total. Its ridiculous and shows little compassion for their clients/patients to still charge exam fees and xray fees when the dog passed away. If your pet needs help do yourself a favor and find a clinic who actually cares and has compassion for the animals and the owners.

        They are a great vet and well priced, however, when my cat was dying they said, oh well, we can get him in in 3 days, will that work?

        The doctor was very caring and through when I brought my sick dog in. He explained all of thrmedications to me and answered all my questions. The vet technician was friendly and very efficient.

      We're certainly sad at the pet's passing - every patient is precious to us. Unfortunately, waiving all fees in the event of an extremely ill patient's passing is not possible - you're essentially saying that the clients with healthy pets must bear the cost of covering all the waived fees of ill pets who don't make it - or that we must. Sad events happen despite our best efforts. Fees incurred at the client's behest and with their consent are their responsibility.
