Nxt Property Management

Until they get rid of the horrible manager at Clearfield Plaza apartments. She is the reason everybody is leaving. The tenants don't want to be here because nothing works. The staff will not work for her because well quite frankly she's a you know what. The place is a disaster. A lot of people are wondering when are you going to do something about her?

NXT is TERRIBLE!! Completely unprofessional, 10/10 Do not recommend going through this property management! They keep your money, As well as do not return your phone calls or emails.

Tried to call and complain about how no one ever answers calls at Oquirr hills apartments but guess what you guys dont answer the damn phone either. Get to work and do your jobs.

We contacted NXT about a rental in LaJolla Shores that we needed for over a week while my husband recovered from eye surgery. We were concerned that the property we had selected (Ocean View Spanish Beauty) did not have any posted reviews and we wanted to be sure it would be a clean and comfortable place for my husband to recover in. Clint assured us that although the property had, when NXT first started managing it, been dated, the owner had updated it. He assured us that NXT maintains exceptionally high standards and that Every new property undergoes a rigorous Quality Control onboarding process and Our commitment to service and hospitality is what sets us apart.. So we felt comfortable renting the property. Unfortunately, when we went to check into the property it was awful. Dark, dank, dated and beat up. The only thing it had going for it was a number of bedrooms, but no one would be comfortable spending a whole day, let alone over a week, sitting in that cold, smelly outdated living, kitchen and dining area. We never stayed there. We just turned around and left the dump. We couldnt even imagine staying there. So we rented a suite in a La Jolla hotel. The day after we were to have checked in, we spoke with Clint and he said he would talk to the owner about a possible refund of all or some portion of the $9,000 plus we paid for the 10 days we had intended to stay. We have thus far heard nothing from Clint beyond the initial conversation when he tried to explain how everyone has different tastes, to which we responded that the only people who would find that place acceptable would be a group needing a large number of bedrooms and only caring about proximity to the beach. So we gave Clint a test. You know, the one where you give someone the opportunity to do the right thing or at least endeavor to do the right thing and get back to you. Clint unfortunately has failed that test miserably. We have not heard a thing from him. So much for their commitment to service! We would never do business with NXT again.
