South Jordan Plumbing & Drain Pros

Our bathroom had an awful stench. When I called South Jordan Plumbing, they were able to arrange for someone to come out at a time that worked for me the very next day. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous examined the issue and ultimately decided to replace the seals and remove the toilet. The odor disappeared for a few days, only to return. When I called them again, they dispatched another plumber at a time that worked for me. Once more, prompt and professional. After examining the toilet, he caulked it again, speculating that perhaps some seal still needed to be sealed. I was grateful that there was no fee for that call. He advised them to give them another call if the scent persisted, and he would return with his supervisorwho has worked for the company for a lot longer and might be better at identifying and identifying the mystery smell. I hope I don't have to give them a call back, but if I do, I will gladly do so. They have been excellent.

After giving South Jordan Plumbing a call, a plumber showed up in two hours. When I first phoned they weren't available for two days. Eloy, the person I dealt with over the phone to schedule an appointment, was incredibly professional and helpful in explaining their procedures, service levels, and pricing. When Jovan and Eloy arrived, they were able to identify the problem with the home's underground plumbing. They were both a pleasure to work with and highly professional. Strongly advised!

Eloy from South Jordan Plumbing recently cleared a very stubborn clog from a hotel sewer system. The service was excellent and the problem was swiftly fixed. He was punctual, professional, and really informed. Will without a doubt use South Jordan Plumbing once more in the future.
