    I am so pleased with Lucky Paws! Mindy was amazing with my Toby he is almost 16 and she was so kind and groomed him exactly as I wanted! I would recommend their pet spa to anyone who is looking for a groomer who is patient and you can tell is loving to your fur baby

    These people are thieves. They traumatized my cat, did the wrong thing and yet they charged full price. Its totally understandable if a pet is stressed or acting up and proper grooming isnt performed. Its best notify the owner and adjust the amount you charge depending on whats performed. They never did any of that. For my poor kitty she shaved down to 1/4 inch of fur when I asked them to take 1/4 inch off and trim her lightly. I asked for my cat get a bath, she wasnt given one. They wiped her down a little with a damp cloth. The groomer said my cat was in a lot of stress and couldnt handle it. No kidding!!! My cat was forcefully shaved down with a trimmer. Shes never had that done to her of course she will be freaking out. My wife picked up my cat, paid and then came home. When we found out what they did and confronted them they stated there was nothing that there was nothing could do. They also had oddity to say that groomer deserved a bigger tip than 20% my wife left. Shame on this place.

    My kitty has been going to Lucky Paws for dematting and long-haired bath for three years. Trinity does an incredible job and tries to reduce the shaving needed on Sirius. He always comes back looking incredibly dapper. Highly recommend them for cat grooming.

    I brought my foster kitty, Honey, in who is from a cat colony that I take care of. She needed a bath. They took amazing care of Honey and made sure to not stress her out too much. They gave her a break mid-bath to destress and updated me throughout her time there. Honey smells so much better now & her fur looks 100% better.

    Picked my dog up covered in another dogs poop. Didn't realize it until I picked him up to put him in the car, then I was also covered in poop and my car. Took my dog back in to get it cleaned off of him, they took him back and said they cleaned him and they didn't. So we left both covered in poop and my car. Terrible experience. Will never go back! **In response to the owners response. This is a lie and NO apologies were ever given, not during or after! When I brought him back in after noticing the poop on him, front paws and the end of his furry tail. The young woman that groomed him said it was from another dog that was just brought in that had pooped in the grooming area and my dog had walked in it and sat right by it, that is why his tail had it all over the end of it. I understood and was ok with her reason for my dog having poop on him, what I was upset with is that they said they would take him back and clean it off of him so I could take him home clean, and that was never done. She simply wiped it off with a rag and gave him back to me stinky and still poop all over his tail. So I asked for a wet wash cloth and a dry one and did it myself in the lobby as they watched. No help & no apology! All I cared about was your company making it right, because I had just paid (with tip) for a service of a clean animal and a simple apology, which DID NOT happen. Calling me a liar and telling me your employee never said something that she did is not ok, and we are MORE than happy to take our business elsewhere. My dog has been groomed a lot and has never received a bad groom job except by your company, was just trying to help out a local company.

I do not think you are reviewing the correct business. I am so sorry for your experience. We do not have you or your wife in our database, or any cat fitting this description in the past year. Nor any complaints like this recently. Our last cat client with the last name Jones was in 2023. I am sure the groomer was looking out for the health of your cat wherever it was, I am glad they cut the service short. I again apologize for your experience however I am unsure if this is the right business. If you end up finding the correct business, please consider deleting this review as it actively hurts our small business. Thank you.

Hi Brittni, we apologize for your experience. However I think there is some misunderstanding on what happened 3 months ago, and we tried explaining this while it happened while profusely apologizing and assisting you. You checked out and picked up your pet, and our receptionist was assisting another client and went to go grab their pet for pick-up. During that time as you were leaving, your pet pooped on our doormat. This is perfectly fine and normal for dogs to do and our staff members are happy to clean up poop and pee for clients. Upon return, the client in the lobby who witnessed this happening informed our receptionist that your pet pooped on the mat, in which she took the mat away and mopped the floors. Another person in the lobby also witnessed this happening. You came back as most likely your pet's tail dragged in their poop without anyone's knowledge. Our groomer never told you it was another dog who came in who just pooped in the grooming area. This is impossible as our last appointments of the day end at 1:00pm with no other dogs coming into our facility after this time (during the time you picked up your pet.) Again, we have 2 other witnesses in the lobby who said it was your pet who pooped on the doormat, which again is fine. However, as this was 3 months ago we are unable to pull up security footage that we would have otherwise been able to get showing this what actually happened.As it was no one's fault, just an unfortunate situation, we were happy to clean your pet again free of charge, as no body wants to come home with a dirty pet straight from grooming. Our staff members profusely apologized while also assisted you in cleaning up any of your clothes or belongings. As we did not want you to go home with a pet with poop on them, our staff members made sure your pet's was thoroughly cleaned. We used multiple rags along with shampoo and water, as well as cutting more hair off just in case of any remnants sticking between the hairs. We then checked again before we brought him back out to truly make sure he had no more poop on him. We are unsure how your pet got poop on them again. There is a possibility of poop on the sidewalk, grass or road outside getting on your pet again. Once you came back inside and informed us, we then cleaned your pet again. Again, we got off any more remnants of poop and double, triple-checked. You then left, and we thought we resolved this issue. We wish we knew that this was not fully resolved, and that there was misunderstandings still happening, otherwise we would have saved the security footage. But again, 3 months later there is nothing we can do but clarify and apologize. Our staff members made sure to assist you in anyway we can during this unfortunate situation. We still apologize for the experience you had, but hopefully we were able to clear up any misunderstanding and you are able to understand on our end.
