Painting with a Twist

My girlfriend and I had a blast for our date night. Neither of us paint or do art, but it was still a great time doing it together. Class was simple, and easy to follow.

Went to a paint your pet class here and was looking forward to it for weeks. Its supposedly their most popular class. We were told in the confirmation email to send in pictures of our pets weeks before so the artist could draw a sketch for us to work with. When we arrived there was no instructions or directions. Just a blank canvas and told to paint the background.. that was it. Then we all kinda figured that the instructor would come around and sketch out our pet on the background. But she said no just pull up a picture on your phone and do it yourself. Much to the surprise of everyone there. So really just couldve done it myself at home for way less, and with more paint and brush selections. It was also an all ages class, so there were children just expected to paint a dog with no help and if I was struggling you can imagine they had an even harder time and seemed visibly frustrated and not having a good time. It wasnt the instructors fault, she was very sweet and mentioned it was her first time teaching this class. So Im assuming she was just doing what she was told. But I was expecting to have something I could bring home and hang up but instead I think Ill just hide this is my closet. Overall a fun experience with my mom but we probably wouldve had more fun at home.

This has been by far the worst customer service ever! I paid for 4 seats for 1/8/23 and a few days after I booked my family and I started getting sick and thought it would be best to cancel and get a refund. I sent an email a week before our scheduled time requesting a refund. It is now 1/24/23 and we have yet to get our refund. I have emailed and called numerous times but no one seems to be doing anything about it!
